I don’t know about cars enough to accurate rate the car-care provided. Hopefully the mechanics took care of my car problems better than the admin guy did in giving me accurate information on issues, work status, and balance due.

Overall my car looks good. I did find a small dent that was missed on the driver's side rear door and the inside of the car was pretty dusty in the vents, and other places. Found some dirty fingerprints on the interior fabric of the sunroof. The estimated time to repair was 2-3 weeks, ended going into the 5th week.

Repairs were well done, They took longer then expected then had to return to complete something that they forgot to do. We were told 3 different dates and weeks on completion,each time pushing the date back further, but overall a good experience
