In 2008 we expanded to a new facility at the Crooks / Renner exit, 3 miles north of Sioux Falls on Interstate 29. We have seven employees all who take pride in repairing your vehicle back to the original specifications. We offer free estimates and a loaner car if you need it. I was attracted by the family owned business model. Definitely I felt that from the beginning, but not satisfied with getting my truck “fixed” by being slapped back together with broken parts. I am wondering how things were fixed beneath the surface. This should have been a quick and easy repair.

I have no problem recommending a mom and Pop Business . I prefer to do business with The smaller shops although your shop isn’t terrible small it’s good size. One would hope we don’t need to use your service but if we have to, I would be more than happy to send people your direction. Again 10 is perfect to me so I gave you a nine because I never get perfect scores.

I think a weekly update or something to that effect would be better than me feeling. I need to call to check on things. Unfortunately several things were not available and the process took longer than I’m sure either of us had hoped. The end result is what’s important And the pieces that were damaged were painted and replaced as well as everything works as it should at this point. I was grateful you allowed me to use one of your vehicles and that you were able to get things done in the time that you did dealing with the unavailable stock issue .

Unfortunately, I struggle with giving perfect scores so I would not be a good Olympic judge because in my world there’s only one perfect anything and My we’re not yet, but the people that I spoke with everyone were more than friendly, very courteous, so I have no complaints about the customer service end of it

The only problem I had and it may not be your fault or responsibility but a rental car would have been nice when repairs are being done for that amount of time. And if you had loaner cars there so you didn’t have to find somebody to pick me up after dropping if car or picking it up after repairs are finished. Not everyone has people to depend on.

Besides doing a great job making my car looking like new after a scratch, they got me a car to use while working on my car when the arranged car I’m supposed to get did not show up. And yes, my car was cleaned! The service here is outstandingly great! They know what they’re doing and they’re doing it perfectly WELL! 10/10👍
