Alan was professional from start to finish. He called to provide updates and status changes. When there was a hiccup, he was sympathetic and expressed concern while ensuring completion of my repairs. I enjoyed working with him and would return to Tar Heel again if needed. Also, during my visits, the other representatives were welcoming and respectful.
