The only thing that was minor, we called at the start before turning the car over. We were told that Eddie would have to talk to us. He was with another customer I assume and was told he would call us back. He didn't so when the insurance approved it the next day. We dropped it off and jokingly asked him when he was going to call me. He explained they will keep us in touch. I replied, no from yesterday but I let him off the hook.
