Positives: -Very nice and personable staff interactions Negatives: -Once dropped off, it took longer to get fixed/repaired then I had hoped/expected/wanted. -Was told once parts come in that I would receive a call to come drop my car off. Never got a call, called myself the next day only to be told that yes the parts are in and you can bring it in. (Had I not called myself then I am not sure when I would have been informed that the parts were in and that they are/were ready for the car to be brought and dropped off) Overall= I am pleased. I will do business with y’all again.
