The SUV was returned with the front passenger side and rear driver side lights not working. The windshield wiper fluid would not spray. The mirror light was flickering.

Although it took longer than expected, when I picked up the vehicle it looked almost brand new. Not only on the outside but on the inside as well. It has been washed and cleaned beautifully.

The young ladies at the desk were very pleasant; however, my only negative comment is that my request that I be updated regarding the status of the vehicle as noted on the paperwork I completed was not recognized. I never received a call and the only way I found out about the progress was by calling.

Did a great job on repair! Took a little longer than expected and found tail light out last minute when waiting to pick up and had to return next day, but other than that overall experience was very good. Folks are very nice!
