I would give a 10 for the overall service and promptness of getting my vehicle repaired and returned to me in a timely manner. I received a loaner and that's great. Except, I had to be in another state the following weekend and I was not permitted to take the loaner across state lines. So, I had to have my vehicle back time in order for me to do that. I feel that a loaner car should be able to do whatever your personal vehicle would do (ie, take care of your business without limitations) just saying. I am not the rule maker, but I am sure you understand. Corporate policy, I get it! Just thought to share.

From initial phone call after the accident, to several updates along the way, this was as smooth a process as I have ever been involved with. No issues, questions or concerns. Everyone was exceptionally polite and accommodating. When I picked up my truck it looked brand new. I can’t thank everyone involved enough (including those in the shop!!!!)

This was for my repair on my EVAP system on 6-10-25. Jose Cruz and his mechanic, David Ksobiech were fabulous!! They took the time to explain, and to show to me what all was involved. Jose kept me informed all along the way and worked with me on payment choices. He went above and beyond to help me with some discounts. He was always patient and made me feel like I was his only customer.

I just caught my car back from having the fender and the driver side of my car fixed and I noticed that the tail light is not working on that side why wasn’t that taken care of? Can somebody please give me a call back so we can get this taken care of number is 414-379-4698. I’d like it taken care of sooner than later and I don’t wanna leave it.
