Everything was great as far as the body work and the customer service. However a piece from the inside of the car unaffected by the accident went missing and they said they were going to order a replacement- haven't heard anything from them in regards to that.

We had a great experience with our repairs. The only negative thing worth noting was that a wrong part was ordered which pushed out our repair pick up time, however the shop was very accommodating in loaning us a car for free until the repairs were finished. Overall very happy with our experience and will recommend Lake Chevy for repairs down the line
