Working with the body shop was a good experience. They called multiple times to provide updates on the repair. The repair work looks excellent. Only issue I saw was still tiny glass shards from the broken windshield found in the vehicle after pick up. My only suggestion would be to try to clean those up better (I understand that small glass particles are difficult to see sometimes).

They were helpful, professional, and kept me updated either by phone call or text. Miss Kathy quickly found me a rental and even ubered me there. Though I was without my car for weeks, I knew it was in good hands. When I was reunited with the car, I was absolutely elated not to just have the keys in my hand, but also by the work I saw. I can tell that they take time and pride in their work. The car looks better than we first bought it! I would recommend them to anyone.

My car got damaged in a hit and run and I was given an estimate from the insurance company and was unsure how to go about getting it fixed. I brought it to Brandywine Coach Works in Reading and they were so kind and got me scheduled right away and took care of dealing with the insurance for me. They fixed my car in a timely manner and kept me updated on the process. My car looks brand new and they even cleaned the inside and outside of the car. They made an annoying situation so easy to deal with and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work on their car. Thank you Brad!

I met Kathy and Brad and another man in the office. They were always prompt and professional. Brad explained the repairs before and after the job was done. He answered all my questions honestly. Kathy set me up with Enterprise for a rental car. When they were done, they waited until I got off my job for me to return the rental and get my car. When I pulled up to the body shop my shiny car was parked out front waiting for me. I was impressed with the work they did plus with the inside detail job. It was beyond my expectations.
