The service was exceptional, there arrangement for the rental delivery and return of the car was perfect the body shop kept me informed during the repair and the repair was perfect and included that the car was cleaned inside and washed / waxed outside A gain all of this possible because of the attention to all details by the claim department representatives who processed this claim from start to finish. Customer service is awesome. What's great is they stand behind their word. The staff there are warm just talking to them you feel at ease and you know they are going to take good care of you. They will call you to give an update on how the work is going on your vehicle and provide a timeline as to when the work is expected to be completed.

The car looks fantastic. You cannot tell that it had been damaged. Everyone at Brandywine was great. Danielle Moughan went above and beyond to handle multiple situations from the insurance carrier and the business that caused the accident. She is wonderful, but you probably already know that.
