The "no function" of my interior door handle was a big disappointment. That's a pretty big safety item to overlook. If the door was removed, you should confirm the function of the door after it is reinstalled.

I would have given a score of 10 but I just noticed some scratch marks on the interior of my passenger front door. The scratches are from incorrectly removing portions of the door panel, the scratches are down to the metal. When we got the vehicle home the interior handle would not open the passenger front door, they forgot to connect the cable to the handle, the door could only be opened from the outside. I had to get one of our repair TM's at work to connect the cable to get the interior door handle to open the door again. Other than that my experience with Bravos was very good, I appreciated the weekly updates that they provided and how fast the repair was made. If it wasn't for the issues, I found from the repair I would have given them a 10.

The staff are friendly, helpful and competent. I hope to not need their services again but if I do, I will not hesitate to request their services again. If you used stars for rating, I’d give them 5 out of 5.
