We checked in our 2022 Pacifica on Friday, June 30, 2025. Our truck wasn't ready until July 8th. We told them we were going on a vacation trip, and they told us the truck was already in perfect condition. On the trip, just a week away, the truck overheated and the air conditioning stopped working. We called Bravo, and they told us we should bring the truck back one more time at the end of our vacation to be fixed. This will be tomorrow, July 28, 2025. The people at Bravo have been very kind, but it has taken too long for repairs, and they put my family at risk by not checking the truck's proper functioning, knowing we were going on a road trip.
