The repairs made were perfect. I was expecting a repair that would make things look very good but it looks brand new. They also cleaned up other minor blemishes and returned my truck looking better than it had in a while.

Please thank your entire team for yet another painless customer experience. Collision repair is, by definition, a stressful experience, but as soon as the other driver hit me, I knew exactly what to do. My only anxiety was the possibility that Progressive would want me to have the repairs done elsewhere. I'd have had to fight them. Cannot thank you enough for taking care of me and my sweet little Accord.

The car seems to be working fine. It did take a lot longer to get out of your shop then I would have liked. But the people that work here are nice. I would have given a 8 or 9 but yall kept sending me this request to review multiple times before I was ready to give my full review which is pretty ridiculous to me.

I had to call pretty much every time to get any info on my car when i was told there would be follow-ups. And ever time I called the mechanic was out to lunch or to busy to let me know what was going on.
