I was frustrated that you had my car for one month to the day... repaired the left front wheel, etc and when returned the 'Check Air Pressure' alert is on. One would think that, someone would have at least checked the reason and released that alert blinking in my face. The cost of a rental for the time you kept it was more than my insurance deductible.

I was happy with the parts that were replaced, and the body work on the front bumper looked awesome. However, I was not happy with the pinstripe decal sticker that was put on my drivers side (I assumed body shops painted them on). The pinstripe was a different color than the other side’s stripe so they didn’t match. There are also small cuts into the paint of my car where the sticker was cut. Although they had good intentions, I was upset with the pinstripe sticker. I’m an OCD detail oriented person so I honestly would have been more satisfied if they didn’t touch the pinstripe at all or made both sides of my car uniform/matching. After brining this to Steve’s attention he did offer me 2 resolutions, but I decided it wasn’t worth the time, gas, or headache to go back. I did appreciate his offer and willingness to resolve it.
