The shop manager was always available and explained where the vehicle was in the repair process. It’s unfortunate that the dealer we traded with found the issues he did and I was witness to the issues.

You have a top notch body shop department and I speak from my own experience with several shops I have used prior to my visit with your organization. Loyd took my case and he was the epitome of professionalism! He reflected to myself how much value your organization places upon the customer. Going above and beyond to address issues I had concerns about that he took care of himself ! Jay Hodge took 6 months to even check my concerns out while being reminded and called constantly. Loyd was the go between and handled all my issues about the car directly with State Farm! He took time to address and fix all issues in such a short time I was amazed.! The service by comparison to any other organization was exceedingly unbelievable. I feel there is no comparison, even remotely, that can equate to that which I received from your organization. Loyd was a great representative who went the extra mile for me! I was absolved from making daily calls to insurance or body shop as Loyd was super proficient and provides the best service throughout the process. I now know what great service is as it was totally given to me with great effort and attitude not to mention knowledge about all aspects of the repair of my car. I can now say, I had the highest level of service available in the industry. I also would recommend no other as being even close. Your staff is caring , friendly, knowledgeable, and. professional and are there to get the job done and take care of any extra concerns without delay. Loyd was super about sharing updates and always available to customer for any questions. I will always recommend your organization to everyone I know as it is worthy of sharing.
