Lloyd Hemingway kept me updated daily on the progress of repair. He was knowledgeable and polite. The repair work is so excellent that no one can tell the truck was ever in a collision. I have always taken great care of this 2010 F150 and it looked like showroom new prior to the collision with a deer. Afterwards Lloyd and his crew have restored it to that same new look. Side note, Lloyd was so nice in our initial meeting that I brought my wife back to the dealership and we met with Jayce and purchased a 2024 Bronco Sport that same evening. Judy handled the final paperwork. All three of these were excellent to work with. Brian Tolivar Ford Sulphur Springs is excellent to work with and I highly recommend this Deslership to All.

Customer service in these “modern” times has all but disappeared, except at Brian Tolliver Ford. I purchased a used vehicle from you many years ago, my son has used your service department over the years and now I’ve used the body shop. We’ve received great customer service from multiple departments over many years now. Please keep up that standard as it’s becoming increasingly impossible to find it anywhere anymore.
