When we went to pick up the van the battery was dead. Still having battery issues that we didn’t have before. (I’m assuming we need to charge it… by running it… however This has proven to be a pretty big inconvenience at this time). Also we were told our sliding door was dirty and that’s why it wasn’t closing. We were told it was working…. Tried using it and it does not close. All other aspects of the repair are good.
