The job was completed on time, and I had a great communication experience with Bright Street. However, I have several concerns about the repair quality: The driver door does not close and open as it did before the repair. It now requires extra force to pull and push it shut. There is a visible gap between the door and the front panel. The window squeaks and makes noise when opening and closing, and it does not close completely. As a result, I hear wind noise while driving. The Easy Access button is not connected. The decorative plastic panel on the inside of the door was cracked during the repair. I would appreciate it if you could address these issues.

Firstly, the staff is super, specially Janie, who was very knowledgeable regarding the insurance process, efficient and pleasant. The repair job was well done, could hardly tell that the car was involved in a fender-bender and prompt turnaround time. Also, as a bonus, the interior of the car was cleaned, priorto delivery.
