We worked with Alex, who was just amazing, patient, and helpful. She walked us through the process and explained things as transparently as possible so that we could make the best decision on whether to go through insurance or not. We got quotes from a few different shops and although Bridgewater Collision was not the lowest, Alex was able to explain their rationale for things they expected might need repair that were not visibly obvious from the outside. Because of that, we felt that their quote was closest to what we would have ended up paying at other places that did not do as thorough of a job giving us initial estimates. My car was returned very clean and the repair job was impeccable. Great communication throughout - highly recommend!

Charged me 3500 to take my care apart and put it back together. No repairs.. and proceeded to tell me it would cost 7,000 to fix it. I got online and bout two passenger side doors in the correct color and put them on for 1,000 in my garage over the weekend. Not going back. Good luck
