My car took longer than it should have when BCR took my technician off my car for your own internal emergency (not related to me or my car) causing a delay which led to previously unanticipated car rental fees for me. Despite asking for some discount to compensate me for a very lengthy repair, all I was offered was car delivery. This seems paltry and a little stingy. Otherwise, my car looks great, and Alex was great. That's a 10, dragged down by no accountability for your delay.

Our insurance has become increasingly more difficult to deal with. The staff at Bridgewater Collision had the patience required to get the job done. They dealt with the frustration of lack communication from the insurance company yet were very professional, polite and kind when dealing with me. They answered all of my questions and spoke candidly about how challenging this line of work is. And our car is in great shape now!

The amount of time it took to repair my car was ridiculous. It was a month long. I think they waited till the last minute to fix it.
