Aside from having to reschedule due to not having parts available after initial estimate and sales agreement resulting in about a 6 week period driving a damaged car things were fairly smooth and efficient. One surprise however was that the replacement grill was a different style than my original due to availability. I discovered this only when I went to pick up the car rather than being informed before.
