May recommend. Felt like the estimate review with me was rushed (person did not seem to patient as I asked question to explain the various parts/after market parts/repair Vs replace etc.). I was asked to sign a paper that included satisfaction of completed work when I was dropping off the car - had I not read carefully, would have signed it along with drop off paper work. Since the car had to be "taken apart", for estimate, I was not clear on what condition the car will be given back after the insurance estimate and what my options were if I did not want to do the repair at this shop. Al who I dealt with to bring the car back for re-touch up of paint was fantastic and very helpful. I wish he was the person that I had done the drop-off paper with.
