Working with Britland Auto Body was an absolute pleasure. Never have I had a team approach to an accident repair. The people are professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Additionally, there are frequent updates to the progress of the repair, estimated time for repair to be completed, and reminders as to the reservation made for initial inspection and the date for the work to commence. Amazing attention to customer service. Never ever experienced at other shops.

The best service ever! From the moment I walked through the door at Britland Auto Body I was greeted by your professional and friendly staff. They kept me informed about the progress on my car and completed the work ahead of the scheduled due date. No one wants to have an accident, but if they do, Britland is where they should go. My car looks brand new! I was raving about Britlands exceptional service to a few friends and to my surprise one of them informed me that Britland repaired their car three times and they were very pleased with the outstanding service.
