The process from beginning to end was simple. The shop that worked on the car did a great job on the repair including washing and cleaning the car. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience including the timely repair of my car. I really appreciate everyone’s hard work and efforts.

Good afternoon, We picked up our car, the 2025 Black Hyundai Palisade, at around 5:40 pm, today, 05/29. Upon checking the vehicle there are several concerns that my husband and myself have. There are many small scratches on the right side of the car( the side where it was impacted)which were not there before. There are also dents. In addition to his, we have realized that the front bumper has several spots where the paint looks like it is peeling off, and showing a metallic color to it. The front bumper was not like that before. Finally, we are pretty concerned about the mileage that has been added to our vehicle, since when my husband and myself dropped off the car at your place, the mileage in the documents and our pictures were noted at 6865 miles, and now when we picked it up, it was 7040( which indicates to us that over 170 miles have been put into our car). We would appreciate an explanation to this matter as this seems highly unusual, as well as that you please fix the issues stated above. Thank you, Wilhelm and Diana
