Bishoy is the embodiment of friendly professionalism. He was thorough in his assessment of the repairs needed and attentive to our concerns, all the while explaining the process and answering our questions. His good humor and natural courtesy are apparent. I liked the text messaging progress updates. The work was done to perfection and in a very timely way. There must have been magicians working on my car, leaving me extremely happy that we found Britland. We will recommend Britland to whomever we find in need of car body work, or by the side of the road.

3rd time customer & 💯 satisfied each time. 1st two times my car was hit & insurance paid for new parts & paint. This time was out of pocket for total rear suspension replacement. They worked HARD to keep costs down with quality used parts. Not many places will work with used parts to keep costs down for their customers. I can’t say enough good things about this company! I 100% recommend them!!!
