I know you are new to this location so I don’t know you as well as the old owners. I think you need to tweak your texting. Give the customer a welcome text, and a courtesy text. Stick to your schedule and call the customer when things change. I did not appreciate a 7 day job, turning into a 10 day job and then two weeks. Had I not called, I would have been oblivious
