The repair took a little longer but the reason was that the piece came in with a defect which was noticed after the painting was completed. I commend the technician for seeing it and re-ordering.

I am a repeat Happy customer. I was totally satisfied with my 1st repair that I did not even think twice when I had to pick a repair shop agin after getting rear ended a 2nd time UGH. They not only do 1st class repairs, also handled a difficult insurance company very well and kept me informed.

Everyone I dealt with at the shop was wonderful! Toni, who works the front desk, was very helpful and friendly and the manager and owner were top notch. I was very happy with the repairs and attention to detail. I would 100% go back to Britland if repairs are ever needed again - though I hope this doesn't occur any time soon!
