The staff are very friendly. They got my car repaired and back to me in a weeks time. They keep you informed through the repair process, which takes the guess work out of the progress they are making on repairs. Seamless process! I would highly recommend them to anyone

I appreciate that the work was completed in a very timely way and that updates were provided along the way. They also were ready to go out of their way to accommodate my needs when my rental car was not available, leaving me stranded with no transportation. Beautiful job with the repair and a full explanation of its complexities. I will definitely use Britland again if the need arises — which I hope never does 😊

The express claim settlement was great. And the handling of my claim with the body shop also went very smoothly The only glitch was with my rental car -- I specified the Flemington branch for my rental and NJM sent the claim to other branches (Mercer County branches) and this caused considerable problems with the pick-up of my car.
