I’m disappointed with my experience at the body shop. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the repairs were not actually completed as promised. This was especially frustrating because I had already returned my rental car and was expecting to leave with my vehicle at that time. As a parent of two young children in car seats, coordinating transportation while your car is being repaired is not simple, and this situation created unnecessary stress and inconvenience for my family. There should be future quality checks in place to ensure the entire work order is completed prior to the customer being told to come pick up their vehicle.
