I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Broadside Collision. From the estimate to the timely scheduling of the service everything was done with complete professionalism. The car looks great you would never know it had been in an accident. All the staff was great to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Great service car was fixed when they said it would be. It was returned to me clean and the work they did was outstanding. You can not tell there was any previous damage. The staff was friendly, professional and they provided great customer service.

I like the the repair time was a bit over estimated. It allowed me to plan around not have a car for a specific amount of time. I ended up getting my car back a few days before I expected to which is great!

I would suggest trying a different shop to have a chance at getting a better paint finish.

Nobody called to explain my estimates details. I got my vehicle back before they finished getting the decals put on and mud flaps installed. The paint still needs to be polished since it isn't as mirrored as the rest of the truck and there are minor body work imperfections (dent creases) in the new body panels. I had an undercoat on the inside of the body panels and they didn't replace it.

I had an undercoat on the inside of the body panels and they didn't replace it because they adamantly said they "didn't notice any undercoat" (looking in the wrong place of the wheel well, instead of inside the body panel)
