It seems ok but on the form it says back window was R&I. Well back window was NOT R&I. It's the same back window I've always had. I have stickers on it so it's pretty obvious. Also said the trunk lid was

It took 6 weeks to fix my car. During those 6 weeks, not ONCE did anyone call ME to update me on the status and why it was taking so long. I understand problems crop up.. then CALL ME! And then when I'm forced to call to check, STOP treating me like I'm a nusiance! Also, the back window was supposed to be replaced and it was not. I contacted my insurance company to tell them the work was not performed.
