I don’t get in many accidents knock on wood so I didn’t know the process with the estimate and insurance and rental car etc. it would have been great if someone led that process. But once I got the car dropped off the email updates were good.

Super friendly and accommodating. I was away when the car was done and they held the car for me at no expense for an extra few days. The work done (fixing up several scratches before lease return) was exceptional. When I pointed out one dent which was outside the initial scope requested, they fixed it at no extra charge. Very polite and professional staff on top of that. They are my go to body repair shop.

I was referred and recommended by my son in law Anthony Policicchio to your shop and As as a show up there I met Hale, she was very nice and very accommodating for helping me for an estimate for my she took pictures and everything that’s Saturday 5:30/2026 then I went back the week between 6/1 to 6/5. Met with Joanne help me out submitting documentations like Claim No explaining to her the date of incident etc for filing the claim with the other. In the back. I was very grateful I met all the staff of the Bronxville auto collision who are all very nice to relate my problems , at the end after 20 or 23 I was so amazed of the works/jobs they’ve done to my car outstanding job. And I am very very satisfied of the outcome like my car looks like brand new again.” I hope these bad individuals/people will get KARMA, well thank so very much to all of staff of Bronxville
