I had a great experience with Brooklyn Motors for repairing my vehicle. They are very knowledgeable about the process working with insurance, communication during that process was ideal via text and the work was exceptional. I also appreciate that they detailed my car inside and out. Though I hope not to need auto repairs again soon, I will definitely come back to Brooklyn Motors. On the other hand, I found that Nationwide made things difficult, by recommending that I take my car in twice for an estimate, leave it there for 10 days while Nationwide was slow to approve the estimate. The “repair tracker” and communication leaves a lot to be desired.
