Brooks Motor Cars far exceeded my expectations! The front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful. Patrick was super on top of everything. I was surprised how responsive he was to me and the third party insurance company throughout the process. Getting picked up by Enterprise (I thought I was going to have to uber or ask for a ride) and being able to return my rental at Brooks when I picked up my Tesla was very convenient and a nice perk. Actual repair was quick too - dropped off on Monday and picked up on Friday. The cherry on top was picking up a nice clean vehicle - I never expected my car to get a wash, inside and out. This unexpected surprise was very much appreciated.
