Why a 9? Minor things, but had to bring car back twice 0- taillight wasn't working, door misaligned (wind noise). Still seeing passenger window lower randomly for no reason.

I didn't receive updates or a complete invoice for the work done. It took 6 weeks from the time they had the part, my rental coverage was only one month so the cost to me was a lot.
