This would be a better score if I didn't have to return to this shop because the repairs weren't competed the first time. Maybe I'm just used to people actually taking pride in their work and giving quality service.

If they weren't sure when the repairs would be completed then they shouldn't have told me "it'll be done tomorrow" everytime I called. And I shouldn't have been the one to call in the first place, they should be the ones to communicate any updates with the customer. I was without my only vehicle for over a month. Not acceptable.
