The repair of the fiber glass rear end cap was very nicely done. The fact that we told Bill not to replace the water heater panel but to repair the original and was told it would make the job easier and faster. Then told two weeks after dropping it off that a new panel was ordered and it would change the finish time from 4 weeks to 8 weeks, really made our housing a nightmare. Then finding all 6 of our batteries dead and water heater not working right because the panel was replaced instead of being repaired.

Battery ground was never tightened up and destroyed a 1 year old battery. I had to buy a new battery. Wind noise coming thru door they replaced. She said to bring ot and drop it off and they would see if they could repair it. Of course it will take a few days and I'll need to rent a car for a few days.
