B&S Hacienda did a vet good job of fixing the car Everything from setting up the appointment to pickup was well coordinated Just that when I had come to get an initial estimate the estimator whom we talked to (he was different from the final guy Brad Brad is a very good estimator and takes into consideration customers needs) this estimator talked to us like we were trying to get the repair for free His words were “if you have an open cheque book then you should go by yourself otherwise go with insurance “ I just wanted to ask would he guarantee his work worthy of an open cheque book But apart from this everything was right on mark The car was returned in a better condition than when it was sent in

The staff was very polite. David made me feel Comfortable that my car would be taken care of and back to the condition it was before the accident. He made sure and kept me in the loop by text message and kept me updated on how the repairs were coming along. Great experience. Car came out great.

An amazing experience. They were in constant contact with me with updates vis text. They completed the work right on schedule. All of the employees from the front desk, adjusters, to the technicians were all very friendly and professional. When it comes to auto body repair, they are definitely in a class by themselves. If you have a need for any type of auto body repair don't go anywhere else. One again thanks to everyone at B&S. They made a negative situation into a positive result.
