There were scratches on the bumper that were not fixed. Also, I had requested that the bug guard be repaired and agreed to pay an extra $100 cash for the fix. I was nearly charged for it today but it wasn't fixed at all. What was fixed was great, but not everything was fixed as it should be. Overall I'm satisfied but the missing details mean that I'm not completely satisfied as this questiaire asked.

The experience was great. The car was fixed in a timely manner and exactly as they said it would be. They were often communicating with me regarding updates with the car. During the whole process of the accident, this was the easiest part. I am thankful for the staff of Bubbas for their excellent work.

Well, I had a WOW moment when I picked up my truck from Bubba's. I realized that fixing my front fender was their priority and their team did an excellent job. However, when I arrived, I saw that they had also washed the entire outside of my truck. Then, when I opened the door to get into my truck I realized that they had also detailed the inside of my truck, both front and back seat areas. WOW!
