Buckeye had my car for thirty days due to hitting a deer. The body work and repair was excellent, but I dropped my car off with no warning lights on my dash. When I picked up my car the engine light was on. I called and reported it. They called the insurance adjuster, and the insurance adjuster said, that has nothing to do with hitting the deer. I know it doesn’t have anything to do with hitting the deer…. It has everything to with returning my car the same way I delivered it. They refuse to make things right. I won’t be back. I’ll find some place else.

No need to contact us. Just wanted to express opinion of what could make things easier for both parties. It’s appreciated that there are updates when the repair time is extended. However more communication to your customer is needed if there is repairs that the insurance company drags their feet on and/or refuses to cover so that this can be addressed prior to pickup. Since we are out of the communication loop between repair shop and insurance this leads to either another claim needing to be filed and then scheduling repairs again or accepting it as it is and being glad you have the vehicle back. Both outcomes aren’t completely satisfactory. I do want to state that Jennifer and Andrea are both quite professional and I’m sure went above and beyond dealing with our insurance carrier. We as a family will only use this repair shop because of our experiences. These modifications would make all the difference to being completely satisfactory and perhaps exemplary!
