(This is Pam, not Phil) Chris was easy to talk to and explained things well. The repairs took longer than anticipated, but Buckeye Nissan agreed to cover the rental car coverage after the insurance coverage ran out. Ultimately, the repair is seamless and appears to function perfectly at this point, and that was worth waiting for. We would rather it be done right the first time.

Buckeye Collision was recommended to me through USAA. I’m so glad that I went to them for my car repairs after my accident. My Civic looks like nothing ever happened to it, and they took great care of it for the almost month that it was in repair. Roger stayed in contact with me through phone calls and text messages throughout the entire process, keeping me updated on everything. I would definitely recommend!
