When I was first called to pick up my car there was a headlight that was sticking up out of the housing and the hood was a bit too high. Roger fixed the hood by adjusting the bumpers, but had to run the car into the shop to tighten down the headlight. It couldn't be fixed because the housing part was defective so they needed to keep the car longer, and they had to order a new fender to get the headlight to drop in where it belonged. They worked to correct the issue until it was done right. That was greatly appreciated. When I picked up the car I found out that evening that I had a magic seat. It moved on its own. Again Roger went to the internet to figure out why. It could have been one of 2 issues. When the battery was disconnected for them to work on the car it went back to factory settings. He fixed this in just a few minutes and I was on my way. This shop and the employees will work to do the job right. My car is repaired and I'm glad to have it back.

I have been completely satisfied with the service Buckeye has provided so far. There is one detail that still needs to be completed. When the part becomes available to them I have every confidence they will let me know and quickly take care of it. Meanwhile the car is safe to operate and I am able to use it.
