Would have liked to have seen pictures of the repairs made to the body prior to the bumper being put over it. Thus far, satisfied with work I can see externally.

Denise was exceptional, start to finish. Extremely communicative, responsive, thorough and helpful (she would get a 10). Would have liked friendly responses to questions asked at the front desk at pickup along with a walk through of what had been done. I was just given the keys and my questions were not thoroughly addressed in a manner that was helpful.

2 Component Unit was not available from Ford. Buckhead Collision got each component from separate sources, repainted on component to match the car color and repaired the side view mirror. Clever, creative and persistence.
