The team really worked hard with my interests in mind. They were very friendly with big smiles and made you feel welcome even through the remodeling going on. Everything was fixed right and professionally. Even giving my car a bath for delivery. I thank them for all they did.

The only problem we had was the condition of our rental vehicle. It wasn't ready the first day so we had to use the shop vehicle... then the when our rental vehicle was ready to pick up we had to make another trip to pick up a vehicle with cracked upholstery that smelled inside. We had to stop to get an air freshener on the way home. We weren't happy with our rental which you talked us into cause you said it would save us money. We weren't paying for it so I think we should have stayed with Enterprise and gotten a new vehicle to drive.

Had a great experience getting my car fixed after hitting a deer. Alana was amazing and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Emily was extremely kind, caring and always answered any questions I had. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. Technicians did a fantastic job putting my car back together. Can't even tell my front bumper was ever damaged.
