The lady that answer the phone was very helpful. The gentleman in charge (Osvaldo) was excellent. Very helpful in explaining everything and went the extra mile as far client relation Very organized team. Was always updated on the progress of the job. Have no complaints. Good job

When i began to begin the process of taking my car to the shop for repairs, i had spoken to a woman who was very rude to me on the phone and at first, i didn’t even want to take the car to the shop anymore but i didn’t want to go through the hassle of another estimate, the waiting, etc. Please be mindful when speaking with customers on the phone, the tone was rude, the responses and just flat out not friendly.
