They are the nicest people you will ever do business with. Our daughter is in school in Gunnison. They made her feel so at ease. Being several hours away it felt good to know someone so kind was helping her. They even ran a post estimate diagnostic when a couple of warning light came on and fixed the sensor wires that had been knocked loose in the accident at no charge. I would give them a 17 but it only lets me go to 10!

Our deductible should have been $100, but were charged $500. Possibly a mistake by American Family. I have a confirmation email stating $100 deductible.
