Bullocks Body Shop is a family/friend owned and operated our auto repair facility has been in business since 1986. Edward Bullock (owner) first worked under his father for many for many of years. In 1992 he decided to go out on his own and start his new foundation right here in Frankfort, Ky, Our goal as a shop to offer the best Customer Service, along with the highest level of communication through out the repair process with text and email updates with our customers. Our Collision Center is known for honesty, placing our customers needs and safety at the highest level. We were contacted by the shop on Friday, 1/24/26, and advised that our vehicle was ready again. We were able to pick it up today. This was the fourth time we were advised the vehicle was ready for pickup, after the shop had the vehicle in their possession for approximately two months. Upon inspection at pickup, we noted several issues that were concerning. There were screws that had not been fully tightened, with multiple fastener heads visibly damaged or stripped. The driver-side rear window panel that had been replaced showed noticeable paint speckling, suggesting it was not properly masked or finished. Additionally, the door-to-panel gap issue that had previously been addressed appeared to have returned and was again visibly uneven. Given the length of time the vehicle was in the shop and the number of prior “ready” notifications, these issues were disappointing to find at delivery. As a result, we are now seeking another repair facility to address and correct the outstanding workmanship issues from this repair.
