Bullocks Body Shop is a family/friend owned and operated our auto repair facility has been in business since 1986. Edward Bullock (owner) first worked under his father for many for many of years. In 1992 he decided to go out on his own and start his new foundation right here in Frankfort, Ky, Our goal as a shop to offer the best Customer Service, along with the highest level of communication through out the repair process with text and email updates with our customers. Our Collision Center is known for honesty, placing our customers needs and safety at the highest level. After picking my vehicle up, I had to go back due to a warning light. When they checked out the issues, they discovered that the sensor to the washer fluid has been plugged in backwards. They switched it and the warning light was resolved.

Im giving this body shop a 4. The customer service from Matt was great until we got out word that the car accident we were in didnt cause our car to leak exhaust fumes because it know a cracked loose. Another thing they didnt fix the passager side tire that knocked the psi reader loose. Not only that when we got the car back the riverside tires psi reader said it wasn't reading and it was before we dropped it off and we have 3 tires that have pretty good tred on them but now the driverside tire doesn't and our psi in all tires were 42lbs of pressure but that one only at 23lbs of pressure. I think either they stole our tire or put the wrong one back on the rim of our suv. Which ever it was its not our tire. Also i hit my arm on the radio and it busted the screen. Didnt hear a word about that except he would turn it into the insurancecompany. Never heard anything back about that from Matt or the insurence. Other then that the paint was great and the customer service was great. But we will not be back. Thanks

The paint job on my daughter’s car looked great. I was updated on the progress of the work. They were very accommodating on drop off and pick up. I was able to drop off on a Holiday and picked up after hours. Highly recommend
