Everything damaged on my vehicle was fixed, and my vehicle looks brand new! I was told in detail from start to finish what would be completed and how long it would take. It was completed sooner than I expected, and I was contacted every single step of the way. The guys in all departments did a fantastic job!

The initial individual I spoke with was terrible. She lacked customer service etiquette in all areas and she discussed things that had nothing to do with what I wanted for my vehicle. Once I called the owner I believe he promised my vehicle would be in phenomenal hands, and he delivered the promise in a timely manner. I was never directly contacted by the initial employee again thankfully, but the second woman that called me and walked me through everything for the duration of my pairs was a 10 out of 10. Colin was a 10 out of 10 and Jessica I believe her name was I would say 1 and definitely would never wish to have her in charge of anything in regards to my vehicle.
