Didn’t address my trunk lid with cat scratches

I loved the work .I was hoping he would have buffed my trunk lid that had scratches on it They looked like cat scratches.I did mentioned it to him. Everything else was great!

Overseen damages did body work on rear panel and left filler that needed to be reworked and repainted forgot to install rear grill housing due to it being cracked they also broke some clips covering light bolts and didn’t bother replacing it until I opened my trunk and it fell out overall just really poor work obvious things that clearly couldn’t have missed
